Autopsy information indicated Jon Benet Ramsey was murdered and her cause of death was, in layman's terms;
she was strangled and her head beaten and one, or both caused her death.
It further stated her long underwear were urine stained with possible spots of blood. John Benet was tortured
before she was killed and she most likely urinated herself during her torture. She was strangled by a rope around
her neck and what might have been a broken piece of a paintbrush handle used as a “garot”. For those of you
who don't know what a “garot” is, it's usually a piece of stick like object used to twist and apply extreme pressure
around something. If you were physically not strong enough to strangle someone with your bare hands, the use
of a “garot” would be able to create a great amount of pressure to the victim's neck. The use of white, nylon cord
further increased the pressure since it would not tear or flex very much. Think of a “garot” as something just like a tourniquet.
One is used for saving a life, the other for taking a life.
The Jon Benet murder shares a similarity with the Caylee Anthony case in which a mother is the main suspect and duct tape was used. As in the
Caylee Anthony case, a heart shaped symbol is also significant since Caylee's body was found with a heart shaped sticker on or near the
child's remains and Jon Benet had a heart shaped symbol drawn in ink on the palm of
her left hand. You can draw your own conclusions.
New DNA information in this particular case will possibly expose the person who has
molested Jon Benet, but not who killed her.
Simple theory: Jon Bonet Ramsey was killed on Christmas Eve or Christmas day 1996.
Patsy Ramsey somehow confirmed Jon Benet was being molested by John Ramsey.
She may have caught them in the act or found a way to get Jon Benet to reveal it to
her a few days before Jon Benet was murdered. If this theory is correct, the motive
for Patsy Ramsey to kill her child would have been, in Patsy's mind, a mercy killing,
since according to those that knew Patsy, she was a survivor of sexual abuse and
carried the pain of it all her life and would rather have killed Jon Benet instead of
seeing Jon Benet molested and live a life of pain that Patsy suffered from herself.
If Patsy knew her husband was molesting Jon Benet and John Ramsey knew Patsy was
the killer. Both knew the ramification if the other's secret
was revealed, and intended to take it to the grave. Patsy Ramsey passed away in
June, 2006 from ovarian cancer and her untimely death only leaves one person left
who does have the answers about what really happened to Jon Benet.
Science can give us information to bring us closer to the truth, but truth can only be confirmed by the one that holds it. We know the how and
when with reasonable certainty, but the reason why can only be told by one person.
